15.4.1 iOS Audio Issues

We are seeing instances of the iOS 15.4.1 update cause audio to break in and out. 

As we continue to work on a complete resolution, the quick solve/workaround to republish the connection is to:
1. Mute video/camera 

2. Unmute video/camera

First reports of this issue began the evening of Tuesday May 31st.
