OpenTok is the video service platform that WeCounsel uses for video sessions.
OpenTok's system experienced issues with their video API platform. As a result, they were seeing an increase in connection errors.
This occurrence lasted for approximately 1 hour in the afternoon of July 8th between 4:00 - 5:00 pm ET.
