How Can a Provider Remove Template Documents from a Patient Account?

These are the steps necessary to Removing Template Documents from a Patient account. 

1. Login 

2. Manage Clients  (on left menu) 

3. Select the Client's Name 

4.Stored Documents tab  

5. Actions (three dots) to the right of the document 

6. Delete
