The Difference Between a PDF Form/Template and a Document

The Library section of the Document Center holds PDF Forms and Templates. These are fillable templates that can be sent to others to be filled out and signed within their portal, no download required. Only PDF files and Word documents can be uploaded here.

In the Personal section of the Document Center, you house your documents. These cannot be filled out within the portal, but they can be sent to others to be downloaded, viewed and printed. File types other than PDF can also be uploaded here.
