Creating a journal entry

1. Click the Written Journals
2. Select Create Entry

Title your entry and start writing!

Remember, to click the Create button at the bottom for the entry to save.

*Note: Your entries are entirely confidential. No one has access to these entries. For a provider to have access to a journal entry, a client must intentionally share the journal as an attachment in a message.
