Provider:
- Log on to Provider Portal
First Option: Session List> Card on File> Click on Checkmark or X> Enter Card Information> Add Card to Save
Second Option: Session Billing>Unbilled Session>Bill Client> Card on File> Click Checkmark or X> Enter Card Information> Add Card to Save
Third Option: Manage Clients> Client’s Client File> Billing Info> Edit> Add Card to Save
Admin:
- Log into your owner or admin account
- In the Search field look up your client by name
- Click on your client's name > Billing Info
From this screen, you will see the options to set their billing preferences and you can update their credit card information.
Clients: Visit Settings > Payment Method
