Turning on the Dual-Factor Authentication

Toggling on the Dual-Factor Authentication will allow for an extra layer of security on accounts to ensure all accounts and PHI are kept safe and secure. When this is on, you'll get a text with a code to enter into the login page. This means that even if your password is compromised, your account won't be. Please use the following steps to activate Dual-Factor authentication.

1. Click Setting (the gear icon) in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Once in Settings, scroll down and find the Text/SMS Alerts area.
3. Select the alerts you wish to receive
4. Enter the SMS number you wish to use and click Update.
5. At the top of the page, click Security.
6. You will see the options to enable Dual-Factor Authentication and Send Verification code.
7. Click on Send verification code
8. You will receive a code via text message.
9. Enter the code into the space provided on the Security page and click Verify.
10. Click Enable Dual-Factor Authentication to complete the process.
