Once on the platform, you will receive two notifications when a prospective client is attempting to contact you, one by email and one within the platform. The platform notification will include the prospective client’s message and/or request for a session.
Wecounsel recommends confirming the client’s state of residence before conducting a session to ensure they are a good long-term fit.
After vetting them, you can respond to the message or session request to start their registration process and add them to your client list.
