In very rare cases a provider may see an error message when scheduling an in person session. This error does not prevent the session from being scheduled and the client is notified normally of the session event.
We are working to remove the error message from appearing, but the user experience should not be affected by the error. Please report to us if you are experiencing anything of this nature.
Update 11/21/2017- This issue has not been found to be reproducible and is on hold unless further reports emerge.
