E-sign is a feature that is only available to providers who are members of a professional account. If you aren’t sure what account you are on, then you should check with the owner of your account.
- Navigating to the Document Center tab on the left side of the portal.
- In the Library section, find the file and then click the Paper Airplane icon to the right to send it. You can also upload any normal PDF here by clicking Upload PDF Form and it will become fillable.
- Clicking the Paper Airplane icon will open a message dialogue box where you can add a message to send to the client.
- The client will receive the message and have a save icon to save it to their assigned documents folder.
They will then click Complete and it will open in their portal with the tools to fill it out and sign it.
