- Go to your Documents tab located in the dashboard on the left.
- Click the Paper Airplane Icon to the right of the assessment you’d like to send.
- Select your client's name from the recipients drop down list.
- Add a subject, for example, "Please Complete Intake Before Next Session", and content to the message if you wish.
- Click Send. This will send a message to your client where they can save the form and complete it in their Documents folder. They will see all forms you have sent them in their Assigned Forms tab. Once complete, they will automatically be directed to send the form back to you which you will receive via a message attachment.
7) You will click Save to Client File next to the attachment in the message. This completed document will then be visible within this client's client file under Client List.
