When you initially sign up for WeCounsel by completing the registration form and creating a password, you will be taken to your portal, but there are some items you still need to complete before you get started.
Setup Guide: The setup guide is the page you will land on when you sign up. It will ask you to complete some required and non-required steps before you can proceed. You must complete all the required steps before proceeding. There are other steps you can skip and come back to later on. You can watch a video on completing the setup guide here.
You must enter your credit card information in the setup guide in order to fully complete your registration and enter the Free Trial. Your card will NOT be charged. It will, however be held on file, at the completion of the 30 Day Trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the Preferred Plan and your card will be charged the $39.99 plus processing fees at that time. If you wish to stop this from occurring, navigate to Settings>Change Plan> Select deactivate under your active plan.
Confirm Your E-Mail: Our system will send you an email asking for you to confirm it. If you do not confirm within 24 hours you will be locked out of your account. This measure is to ensure that your email is really tied to you and to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. If you have lost the email or cannot locate, first check your spam and promotional folders in your inbox.
